The Specialist Contractors Framework Agreement provides public sector organisations with access to specialist contractors in 4 key areas: ICT, HR, Finance & Audit and Project & Programme Management, including a One Stop Shop facility which allows customers to procure contractors from any combination of the categories listed and offers a procurement specialism which can be called upon as required.

The Framework Agreement has been structured in a way that allows customers to call off requirements at catalogue rates bypassing the need for a full tender exercise. Standard terms and conditions offer customers sound contractual safe guards and rates, which have been agreed for two years ensuring the consistent delivery of value for money.

Each of the suppliers on the Specialist Contractors Framework Agreement have been selected though a rigorous procurement process to ensure they can deliver the quality and scope of services required by public sector organisations.

The Specialist Contractors Framework Agreement has been developed specifically for the public sector and is fully compliant with EU consolidated directives.

What we offer

IT

The scope of IT contractors covers a considerable number of specialisms within the IT market place ranging from Senior Analysts, Designers and Team Leaders to Application Programmers, Database Administrators, Capacity Planners, Quality Assurors, Helpdesk Staff and PC support.

HR

HR contractors under this Lot are available at very senior levels, with qualified HR Directors with up to 8 years post qualification experience of public sector management practices to HR Managers, Advisors, and a complete range of trainers from Principal, Senior to Junior Trainer.

Finance & Audit

This specialist area of temporary labour can be satisfied by the full range of Accountants, Finance staff and Auditors all qualified to recognised standards with the back up and support provided by Purchase Ledger Clerks, and finance support staff.

Project &Programme Management

Expertise is provided through the availability of qualified and public sector experienced Programme Directors and Senior Programme Managers to the complete range of Prince2 accredited Project Managers and support staff.

One Stop Shop

This unique category provides customers the opportunity to obtain all their temporary labour requirements from a single source covering the various Lots outlined above and additional specialism not listed in the catalogue e.g. procurement.

The provision of administration and support staff are common to each Lot and available to customers at very competitive rates.
