In order to further the success of one of Services Benefits the largest and most established shared services frameworks within the public sector, ownership of the ‘HMT Payroll Framework’ was transferred to OGCbuying.solutions in October 2006.
Now called ‘Payroll Services’, organisations can obtain reduced prices and focused service by leveraging shared volumes and processing expertise under a single framework agreement that offers outsourced payroll and associated services, specifically developed for the public sector payroll market.
This service is offered through a partnership with LogicaCMG, a leading HR and Payroll services provider and systems integrator, and is fully compliant with current procurement guidelines. Through this framework, customers can now achieve reduced procurement prices, accelerated procurement processes, best value for money and proven service delivery for their payroll requirements.
Eligibility
Due to the original contract definition of this framework, eligible customers are any part of the civil service or contracting authority - excluding local authorities
