The Framework Agreements exist as a multi-source option, providing customers with choice and competition in Rail, Hotel, Air and Ferry ticket booking and Conference Management and Vehicle Hire Services.
The Framework Agreements became effective on 1 June 2006 and are open for use for four years.
The decision to use a Framework as the contracting vehicle in this instance has provided customers with the opportunity to personalise their call off contract in a way that best suits their organisation's operational needs on Business Travel.
